Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: November 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. If your written quote or invoice says something different, the quote or invoice wins for that purchase.

Website plans: the 14-day out

On the Page Plan, Buy It and Local Growth, ask within 14 days of your site going live and we refund your first payment and take the site down. After those 14 days, the plan's own terms apply: the Page Plan and Local Growth have a 3-month minimum, then run month to month. Details are on the website plans page.

Monthly plans

Cancel any time after any minimum your plan states, by text or email, before your next billing date. Service runs to the end of the month you paid for. There are no refunds for partial months. When you cancel hosting & care, we hand over the site files.

Quoted and one-time work

This covers custom builds, redesigns, the Google Profile Fix, AI systems, business filings and anything else on a written quote or invoice.

  • Before work starts: a full refund, minus any third-party fees already paid for you.
  • After work starts, before delivery: a refund for the part not yet delivered, by the line items on the invoice or, where there aren't any, by the share of the work left to do.
  • After delivery: delivered work isn't refundable. If something is wrong with it, tell us and we'll fix it. What “delivered” means is set out in the Terms of Service.

Third-party fees

Fees we pay to someone else for you, such as state filing fees, domain registration and registered agent services, can't be refunded by us once paid. The third party's own refund rules apply, and we'll help you ask them if they offer one.

Holds and takedowns

If you ask us to pause or take down work that was already delivered, we will. That doesn't turn it back into undelivered work for refund purposes, except inside the 14-day out above.

How to ask

Email hello@saltwaterstudio.xyz or call or text (850) 218-5855 (7 days, 8 AM–6 PM). Include your name and the invoice number if you have it. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank decides how fast they show up. Please talk to us before filing a dispute with your card company. It's faster for both of us.
